The location is amazing. It is near lots of food and a quick ride to major city spots.. the metro entrance is steps from the hotel, and the train is a five-minute walk. the staff was very nice and always greeted me.

The room included a functional kitchenette (I used it to prepare a few quick meals). The location was very convenient. I found it close to the metro station, made getting around easy. I received fresh towels daily, a small but welcome detail. The staff were lovely and very helpful with directions.
The selection of breakfast items delivered to the room was somewhat repetitive.

the staff was very helpful and accommodating, i really appreciated that. i left my bags at the front desk after checking out because my flight was later! there were complimentary coffee and tea selections in my room.
The floor in my room was a little crooked. I noticed the slope.

the location was convenient, near transport links.
The room felt cramped. it was also quite warm, even with the window open, and street noise was noticeable late at night. the breakfast arrangement was unusual with a bag left outside the door. The bread was stale.

The staff allowed me to store my luggage after checkout. That was a great help! My room had a mini-kitchenette. This included a microwave and a mini-refrigerator.
The room was quite warm, and there was no air conditioning.

the location worked for me. it was secure and the room was clean.
the bathroom situation was not ideal, with a plastic curtain clings to you during the shower. the towels supply reminded me of a scavenger hunt, i never found a matching set for two people. internet barely worked in the room for my pc.
